摘　　要：单纯性收缩期高血压(ISH)随着我国老龄化社会的进程而备受关注,多年来普遍认为ISH是随年龄增长的生理过程,故对其研究不多。近年来,国内外对ISH的治疗和降压药选择均进行了临床研究,对其认识有了很大的进展。ISH作为老年高血压的常见类型,对心脑血管系统有着严重的危害,积极有效地控制ISH可以降低不良心血管事件的发生率。本文将对ISH的诊断、临床特点、发病机制及治疗进展进行综述。Isolated systolic hypertension(ISH)is getting more and more attention with the process of China’s aging society.It’s generally believed that ISH is a physiological process with the age growth over the years,so the research is not much.In resent years,overseas and domestic are conducted the clinical study about the treatment and selection of hypotensive drugs of ISH,this has made great progress.ISH has serious harmed cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system as a common type of senile hypertension,active and effective control of ISH can reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events.This article will describe the diagnosis,clinical features,pathogenesis and treatment of progress about ISH.
