摘 要:采用1∶2.2水模型试验与数值模拟对结晶器浸入式水口结构的改进与优化进行探究。通过不同铸坯断面下C型水口与A型水口对结晶器流场影响效果的比较可以得到,水模试验中,C型水口较A型水口波高平均下降48.99%,冲击深度平均减少1.94%,卷渣程度平均降低80.24%,液面裸露最大宽度平均下降67.39%;数模试验中,C型水口自由液面平均最大流速vCmax=0.39 m/s大于A型水口自由液面平均最大流速vAmax=0.23 m/s;水模试验与数模试验结果一致,C型水口在稳定结晶器液面、减少卷渣方面均优于A型水口。A 1∶2.2 water model experiment and numerical simulation were used to explore the improvement and optimization of the structure of the submerged nozzle.According to the comparison of the effect of the C type nozzle and the A type nozzle on the flow field of the mold under different cast slab sections,in the water model test,the C type nozzle has an average wave height drop of 48.99%and an average reduction of 1.94%in the impact depth.The degree of slag entrainment was reduced by an average of 80.24%,and the maximum width of exposed liquid surface was decreased by an average of 67.39%.In the numerical simulation test,the average maximum velocity vCmax=0.39 m/s of the free surface with the C-type nozzle is less than that of the A-type nozzle vAmax=0.23 m/s,and the results of water model test are consistent with those of numerical model test.The effect of C-type nozzle is better than A-type nozzle in stabilizing the liquid level of mould and reducing slag entrainment.
