摘  要:研究和建立了"改进坯龄模型",并基于此模型自主开发了板坯动态二冷配水系统。"改进坯龄模型"根据过热度的变化对传统"坯龄模型"中的ki值进行实时动态调整,赋予ki值工艺属性,使其赋值更为合理。该系统的应用改善了非稳态浇注下的连铸板坯表面温度剧烈波动状况,提高了非稳态浇注过程的连铸坯表面质量,连铸坯边部裂纹率降低了13.8%。抑制了非稳态浇注时的铸坯表面回温过快趋势,板坯中间裂纹缺陷率降低了21.9%。"The improved slab age model"is studied and established,and the dynamic secondary cooling water distribution system based on"the improved slab age model"is developed independently.According to the superheat degree,the improved slab age model dynamically adjusts the kivalue in the original model,endows kivalue with process attribute,making it more reasonable.The application of the system improves the surface temperature fluctuation of the continuous casting slab under the unsteady state casting,improves the surface quality of the slab during the unsteady state casting,and the edge defect rate of continuous casting billet decreased by 13.8%.In addition,the rapid surface temperature return of the slab during unsteady state was restrained,and the defect rate of middle crack in slab was reduced by 21.9%.
