摘 要:以北方某钢厂双流T型中间包为原型,在保持原生产节奏的基础上,设计了两种控流装置优化方案1与优化方案2。优化方案1即为在中间包注流区加入了一个导流隔墙,在隔墙上开两个直径为120 mm,倾角向上15°的导流隔墙孔来控制钢液的流动;优化方案2为在优化方案1的基础上,在距离中间包中心线两侧1500 mm的地方各加一个高度为300 mm的挡坝。采用数值模拟与冷态水模拟相结合的手段,对3种中间包结构的流场进行了模拟研究。研究结果表明:对于双流T型双流中间包,无控流装置时,原中间包结构内存在较多短路流,不利于夹杂物的去除。相对于优化方案1与原包结构,优化方案2的死区体积分数降低到了9.4%,钢液平均停留时间明显增长并且中间包浇注区温度明显提高且分布较为均匀。因此,优化方案2更加适用于此钢厂的中间包结构。Based on the prototype of a double-flow T-type tundish in a northern steel mill,two optimization schemes 1 and 2 for flow control devices are designed on the basis of maintaining the original production rhythm.In the first optimization scheme,a diversion partition wall is added to the tundish injection flow area,and two diversion partition wall holes with a diameter of 120 mm and an inclination angle of 15 upward are opened on the partition wall to control the flow of molten steel.Optimization plan 2 is to add a dam with a height of 300 mm at a distance of 1500 mm from both sides of the center line of the tundish on the basis of optimization plan 1.The flow fields of three kinds of tundish structures are simulated by combining numerical simulation with cold water simulation.The results show that for the doubleflow T-type double-flow tundish,when there is no flow control device,there is more short-circuit flow in the original tundish structure,which is not conducive to the removal of inclusions.Compared with the optimization scheme 1 and the original ladle structure,the dead zone volume fraction of the optimization scheme 2 is reduced to 9.4%,the average residence time of molten steel is obviously increased,and the temperature in the tundish casting area is obviously increased and distributed evenly.Therefore,optimization scheme 2 is more suitable for the tundish structure of this steel plant.
