摘  要:针对石油钻杆环形耐磨带韧性偏低而易在该焊缝首尾搭接处产生裂纹的问题,文中通过优化药芯焊丝合金组分配置,构建了一种立体层次控碳方式而控制扩散到晶界的碳量,使之形成由隐针状马氏体团、原位析出的MC型弥散增强相和沿晶分布的网状奥氏体等组成的强韧性配合良好的显微组织。宏观硬度和冲击韧性测试结果表明,该堆焊合金的宏观硬度高达HRC60, V形缺口冲击韧度为44.7 J/cm^2,远高于国内市售同类药芯焊丝的,具有优良的抗裂性。现场钻杆表面堆焊试验结果表明,其环形焊缝首尾搭接处未产生任何裂纹,完全满足实用要求。For solving such a crack problem of ring-type wear-resisting bands appeared the lapped welded joints of petroleum drilling pipe between the starting beads and the closing ones,which were induced by insufficient toughness of their alloys,a stereo-level carbon-controlling method to control diffused carbon content in the grain boundary were built by the optimization of alloying components contained in the core of flux-cored wire.The micro structure with excellent coupling of the strength and the toughness,which consisted of cryptocrystalline martensite clusters,in-situ precipitated of MC-type dispersion-strengthened phases and net-shaped austenite distributing along the grain boundary,appeared in their hardfacing alloys.The results of bulk-hardness and impact toughness measurements showed that their bulk hardness were HRC60 and V-shaped notch impact toughness was 44.7 J/cm^2,which was deliberately higher than the ones of the domestic homogenous available flux-cored wire and their crack resistance was excellent.The experimental results of on-site hardfacing for drilling pipes showed that no crack appeared on the lapped joints between the starting beads and the closing ones,which indicated that their properties met the actual requirements.
