摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情防控战是对中国党和政府的治理能力、国家制度体系和民众素质的空前考验。中国政府和人民在内战疫情和外防国际话语权挑战这个大考上的答卷得了高分。中国赢得“抗疫”国际话语权斗争的关键是我们走了群众路线,中国特色社会主义的制度优势被发挥出来了,中国人用行动讲好了中国故事,说服了国际社会。深入总结其中的经验和教训,是我们继续前行的需要。The battle of the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control is an unprecedented test for the governance capability,national system and public quality of the Chinese party and government.The Chinese government and people scored high marks both in the national battle against the epidemic and in the international fight for the discourse right.The key to China’s victory above is that China has followed the mass line and that the institutional advantages of socialism with Chinese characteristics have been brought into play.Chinese people have told the good Chinese story with their actionsand convinced the international community.It is therefore necessary to summarize the experience and lesson in this paper for china’s further advancement.
