摘 要:目的明确异性恋男性口腔、生殖器人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染率、危险因素及传播影响。方法招募异性恋男性200例,完成入组并获得其固定性伴侣标本各167份,采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)法检测HPV。结果男女口腔和生殖器HPV感染率分别为8.4%、4.8%和58.1%、56.9%,男性感染率均高于女性(P<0.05)。男性口腔HPV感染者中,85.7%有主动口交史、85.7%有吸烟史、92.9%伴有女性生殖器HPV感染;男性生殖器HPV感染者中,50.5%有被动口交史、67.0%伴有女性生殖器HPV感染;以上结果均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论男性口腔、生殖器HPV感染率高于女性,口腔感染与主动口交、吸烟有关,生殖器感染与被动口交有关,HPV可通过口、生殖道途径传播。Objective To determine the oral and genital human papillomaviru(HPV)infection rate and the risk factors in heterosexual men,and to evaluate the effects of oral and genital HPV infection on their sexual partners.Methods A total of 200 heterosexual men were recruited,with 167 men finally completed the enrollment,and 167 oral and genital specimens were obtained from the heterosexual men and their regular female partners,respectively.Polymerase chain reaction(PCR)method was used to amplify HPV L1 fragments by using MY universal primers for HPV detecion.Results The rates of HPV infection in the oral and genital areas of men and women were 8.4%,4.8%and 58.1%,56.9%respectively,and the male HPV infection rates were higher than female(P<0.05).Of the 14 male oral HPV infectors,85.7%(12/14)of the men had given oral sex history,85.7%(12/14)of the men had smoking history,92.9%(13/14)were associated with female genital HPV infection.Of the 97 male genital HPV infectors,50.5%(49/97)of the men had received oral sex history,67.0%(65/97)were associated with female genital HPV infection,which higher than the percent(33.0%,32/97)of the patients who were not associated with female genital HPV infection,the difference was statistically significant by chi-square test(χ2=9.671,P=0.002).Of the 8 female oral HPV infectors,87.5%(7/8)were associated with male genital HPV infection,which higher than the percent(12.5%,1/8)of the patients who were not associated with male genital HPV infection,the difference was not statistical by chi-square test(χ~2=2.986,P=0.084).Conclusions The oral and genital HPV infection rates in heterosexual men were higher than their female regular partners.Male oral HPV infection had not associated with age,but associated with given oral sex history and smoking history.Male genital HPV infection had not associated with age and smoking history,but associated with received oral sex history;male oral and genital HPV infections increased the oral and genital HPV infection rates of female regular partners,suggesting tha
