晕皮炎一例并文献复习

摘　　要：报告1例34岁男性晕皮炎患者,并回顾分析5年内发表的相关文献共16例。分析该病共性特征:所有患者均无家族史,典型临床表现为在原发疾病周围环绕红斑、丘疹、干燥脱屑等改变,伴瘙痒。原发疾病周围皮肤组织病理表现为表皮角化不全、棘层肥厚和海绵水肿形成,真皮内少量淋巴细胞及嗜酸性粒细胞浸润。糖皮质激素外用治疗有效;手术切除原发灶后,晕皮炎湿疹样改变可自然消退。A 34-year-old male patient with halo dermatitis was reported.A total of 16 reports of halo dermatitis published in recent five years from Pub Med and Wanfang data were reviewed.The common features of the disease include all the patients have no family history,the typical clinical manifestations of the surrounding lesions usually seen as erythema,papules,dryness,desquamation and other eczema-like changes with itching.The histopathological features of the lesions around the primary lesion manifested as epidermal hyperplasia,acanthosis,spongiosis and parakeratosis,with a small amount of lymphocytes and eosinophils infiltrated in the dermis.Topically glucocorticoids were effective,after surgical removal of the primary lesion,the eczema-like changes of the dermatitis naturally subsided.
