摘 要:目的:探讨思维导图健康教育模式在慢性鼻-鼻窦炎行鼻内镜手术治疗患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将112例接受鼻内镜手术治疗的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组各56例,对照组由责任护士实施传统健康教育模式,观察组实施思维导图健康教育模式,比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组术后健康教育知识认知情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后3个月鼻腔鼻窦结局测量20条(SNOT-20)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后3个月健康知识认知情况与SNOT-20评分呈负相关性(r=-0.839,P<0.05)。结论:思维导图健康教育模式可提高慢性鼻-鼻窦炎行鼻内镜手术治疗患者对健康教育知识的认知情况,改善术后生活质量。Objective:To explore the application and effect of mind mapping health education model in endoscopic surgery for patients with chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods:A total of 112 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis treated by endoscopic surgery were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 56 cases each.The control group was given the traditional health education model by the responsible nurse,and the observation group was given the mind mapping health education model.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared between the two groups.Results:The cognition of postoperative health education knowledge in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the outcome of nasal cavity and sinusitis(SNOT-20)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The cognition of health knowledge in the observation group was negatively correlated with the score of SNOT-20(r=-0.839,P<0.05).Conclusion:The model of mind mapping health education can improve the cognition of health education knowledge of patients undergoing endoscopic surgery for chronic rhinosinusitis and promote the quality of life after surgery.
