摘 要:目的:探讨基于形成性评价体系的造口护理工作坊对老年肠造口患者自我护理能力和自尊水平的影响。方法:选择2017年6月1日~2019年5月31日在普通外科行肠造口术的老年患者76例,按照时间分组法分为对照组和干预组各38例,对照组采用常规护理,干预组采用造口护理工作坊结合形成性评价的护理模式,分别于干预前、干预后1周、干预后1个月比较两组自我护理能力和自尊水平。结果:自我护理能力、自尊水平的干预主效应和时间效应均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且存在交互效应(P<0.01);干预后1周和1个月,干预组自我护理能力和自尊水平得分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:造口护理工作坊结合形成性评价体系的护理模式,有助于提升老年肠造口患者的自我护理能力和自尊水平。Objective:To explore the influence of ostomy care workshop based on formative assessment system on the self-nursing ability and self-esteem of elderly patients with enterostomy.Methods:From June 1,2017 to May 31,2019,a total of 76 cases of elderly patients with enterostomy in general surgery were divided into control group and intervention group with 38 cases each in accordance with the time.The control group used conventional care and the intervention group received the nursing model of ostomy care workshop based on formative assessment system.The self-care ability and the level of self-esteem were compared between the two groups before intervention,1 week,and 1 month after intervention,respectively.Results:The main effect and time effect of self-care ability and self-esteem were statistically significant(P<0.01),and there was an interaction effect(P<0.01).At 1 week and 1 month after intervention,the scores of self-care ability and self-esteem in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The nursing model of ostomy care workshop based on formative assessment system is helpful to improve the self-nursing ability and self-esteem of elderly patients with enterostomy.
