摘　　要：目的:建立专科护士主导下的标准化围术期糖尿病患者血糖管理模式,并分析其对骨科糖尿病患者的效果,为围术期糖尿病患者的血糖管理提供依据。方法:建立专科护士主导下由内分泌科、骨科、手术室、营养科相关医务人员组成的标准化血糖管理团队对骨科糖尿病患者进行管理,选取2019年1月1日~12月31日在骨科住院实施标准化血糖管理的45例患者为干预组,选取2018年1月1日~12月31日实施骨科常规血糖管理的45例患者为对照组,比较两组血糖相关指标、平均住院日、切口感染率。结果:干预组血糖监测频次、目标血糖达标率均高于对照组(P<0.05),平均住院日、低血糖发生率、切口感染率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:标准化血糖管理模式可改善患者血糖、缩短患者平均住院日、降低切口感染发生率。Objective:To establish a standardized perioperative blood glucose management model for diabetic patients led by specialized nurses and analyze its effect on orthopedic diabetic patients,so as to provide a basis for perioperative blood glucose management of diabetic patients.Methods:A standardized management team composed of medical personnel in endocrinology,orthopedic,operating room,nutrition led by nursing specialists was established to manage orthopedic patients with diabetes.From January 12019 to December 31,45 patients admitted in orthopaedic with implementation of standardized blood sugar management were selected as the intervention group.From January 1,2018 to December 31,45 patients with the implementation of the orthopaedic routine blood glucose management were selected as the control group.Glycemic index,average hospital stay,and incision infection rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The blood glucose monitoring frequency and target blood glucose compliance rate in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the average hospital stay,hypoglycemia incidence and incision infection rate were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized blood glucose management model can improve the blood glucose of patients,shorten the average hospital stay and reduce the incidence of incision infection.
