摘  要:自20世纪80年代以来,数字X线成像设备广泛应用于医疗领域。在数字X射线成像系统中,平板探测器将携带病患信息的X射线转化成可被检测并表达的数字信号,是整个数字X射线成像系统的关键部件。平板探测器从工作机制上可划分为两种:一种是将X射线直接转换成电荷信息的直接型探测器;另一种是将X射线先转换成可见光光子,并通过电荷耦合器件或薄膜晶体管阵列收集,然后将收集到的可见光光子转换成电荷信号的间接型探测器。间接型探测器中荧光材料必不可少,目前商用的荧光材料主要碘化铯和硫氧化钆。碘化铯已经基本实现了国产化,硫氧化钆的性能仍有需要优化和提高的方面。本文以应用于间接型探测器的硫氧化钆(Gd2O2S,GOS)荧光屏为研究对象,综述了其结构与原理、制备工艺、主要特性及影响其成像性能的主要因素,并展望了间接型平板探测器发展的新方向。Since the 1980s,digital X-ray imaging equipment has been widely used in the medical field.In the digital X-ray imaging system,the flat panel detector transforms the X-ray with carrying patient information into a digital signal that can be detected and expressed,which is the key component of the whole digital X-ray imaging system.The flat panel detector can be divided into two types by working mechanism:one is the direct detector that directly converts X-ray into charge information;the other is the indirect detector that first converts X-ray into visible light photon and collects it through charge-coupled device or thin-film transistor array,and then converts the collected visible light photon into charge signal.At present,the main commercial scintillator materials are cesium iodide and gadolinium oxysulfide.Cesium iodide has been basically localized,and the performance of gadolinium oxysulfide still needs to be optimized and improved.In this paper,gadolinium oxysulfide(Gd2O2S,GOS)scintillator screen used in indirect detector is taken as the research object.Its structure and principle,preparation process,main characteristics and main factors affecting its imaging performance are summarized,and the new development direction of indirect flat panel detector is prospected.
