江苏省国际贸易与港口物流关系的实证研究

摘　　要：以1987~2018年江苏省港口物流指标和国际贸易指标的数据为样本,通过var模型的构建、协整理论、脉冲响应函数等方法,对江苏省的国际贸易和港口物流之间的动态关联度进行研究,结果表明两者存在动态关联性,且互为因果.总体来看,短期内国贸对港口的影响较为迅速而又显著,而从长期上看,港口对国贸的影响效果更为持久.根据论证结果提出以下建议:加快港口物流有关基础设施的和物流信息技术的发展,继续推进远洋深水泊位和航道的工程建设,因地制宜的根据港口城市的发展特色来确定港口物流的发展方向,建设专业化的港口物流设施,加大引进先进的国外技术力度,加强校企合作力度和深度,对企业的技术创新进行财政扶持,加快外贸企业的转型升级.Taking the port logistics index and international trade index of Jiangsu Province from 1987 to 2018 as the sample,this paper studied on the dynamic correlation between international trade and port logistics of Jiangsu Province through the construction of the var model,the co-integration theory,and the impulse response function,etc.The research on the dynamic correlation degree showed that there was a dynamic correlation between the international trade and port logistics,and the relationship was causal.Overall,the impact of international trade on ports was relatively rapid and significant in the short term,while in the long run,the effect of ports on international trade was more durable.Finally,the following suggestions were made based on the results of the argument:Accelerate the development of port logistics related infrastructure and logistics information technology,continue to develop deep-water berths and waterways,determine the development direction of port logistics according to the development characteristics of port cities,build specialized port logistics facilities,increase efforts to introduce advanced foreign technology,strengthen the strength and depth of school-enterprise cooperation,give financial support to technological innovation of enterprises,accelerate the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade enterprises.
