摘　　要：新冠状病毒肺炎疫情仍在我国持续。在党中央领导以及全国人民的共同努力下,我国大部分地区疫情逐渐控制。为满足疫情期间患者正常就医需求,避免出现"看病难"问题,政府要求在保障安全的条件下,各大医院逐步、有序的恢复开展正常诊疗活动。肝胆外科疾病在人群中发生率较高,既有急诊手术的可能性,也有部分恶性肿瘤需要限期手术。在新冠状病毒肺炎疫情下,肝胆外科医生做好防控的同时,如何合理开展诊疗活动,是值得思考的问题。本文就我院疫情期间肝胆外科疾病的诊疗流程进行介绍,以供相关单位借鉴。Despite the existence of the novel coronavirus pneumonia in China,under the leadership of the Party Central Committee and the joint efforts of the people across the country,the epidemic in most parts of our country is gradually under control.In order to meet the normal medical needs of patients during the epidemic and avoid the problem of“the difficulty of getting medical service”,the government requires that major hospitals gradually and orderly resume normal diagnosis and treatment while maintaining safety.The incidence of hepatobiliary diseases is high in the population,which may require both emergency surgery and limited surgery for malignant tumors.Under the epidemic,it is worth considering that hepatobiliary surgeons should resume diagnosis and treatment reasonably while carrying out prevention and control.This article introduces the diagnosis and treatment process of hepatobiliary diseases in our hospital during the epidemic to provide reference for relevant units.
