加强地方农业院校国家自然科学基金项目管理工作探讨--以湖南农业大学为例

摘　　要：文章对湖南农业大学2015-2018年国家自然科学基金项目申请和资助情况进行了统计,分析了当前存在的问题和不足,并针对问题提出了加大政策引导力度、争取各级各类项目支持、统筹优势特色领域发展、着力领军人才队伍建设、拓展合作交流途径以及完善项目全程管理等措施及建议,以期为地方农业院校加强国家自然科学基金项目管理工作提供参考和借鉴。Application and approval of Programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC)in Hunan Agricultural University during 2015 to 2018 were statistically analyzed and problems found in the paper.Countermeasures were put forward accordingly,i.e.,strengthening the instruction of policy,applying for programs of each kind and each level,planing as a whole of the characteristic area with advantages,strengthening the construction of leading personnel,broadening cooperation and exchange tunnel,and perfecting whole process monitor of programs.This will provide reference for local agricultural colleges in strengthening their management of the NSFC programs.
