摘  要:全球转基因作物产业化已经23年,种植面积增长了113倍,我国转基因技术已跻身国际先进行列,转基因作物产业化也有所突破。转基因检测标准体系是转基因生物安全管理必不可少的技术支撑。本研究对国内外主流的转基因检测标准体系进行检索,分析其转化体覆盖度、技术先进性等特点,并从定量检测方法、新型转基因产品检测方法、检测标准国际化等方面提出建议,以期为我国转基因检测标准体系进一步发展提供思路。The global genetically modified crop industry has grown by 113 times in 23 years.China's transgenic technology also ranks among the international advanced level,and the transgenic industrialization has also made breakthroughs.The GMO detection standard system is an indispensable technical support for GMO safety management.In this study,the mainstream of GMO detection standard system at home and abroad were reviewed and retrieval.We analyzed the transgenic event coverage,technology advancement and other characteristics,and put forward suggestions on quantitative detection methods,new assay technique for genetically modified products,internationalization of testing standards,etc.This will provide some ideas for the further development of China's GMO testing standard system.
