摘 要:我国是全球柚子鲜果最大的生产国和消费国,但是柚子加工产业水平还有待提高,对于柚子加工工艺,我国学者有较为深入的研究,但是尚未有过柚子加工产品发展的预测与规划的研究。文章通过构建柚子加工产品进化树来全面分析柚子加工产品主要的发展方向,预测其未来的发展趋势。China is the world's largest producer and consumer of grapefruit,but the level of the grapefruit processing industry needs to be improved.For Chinese grapefruit processing technology,Chinese scholars have conducted in-depth research,but there has not been any research on the prediction and planning of the development of grapefruit processing products.The main development direction of grapefruit processing products was totally analyzed by building an evolution tree of grapefruit processing products,and its future development trend predicted.
