摘　　要：文章以河南省农业科学院为例,结合新时代实施乡村振兴战略对农业科技人才需求的形势,分析了新时代省级农业科学院科研人才体系建设的背景,阐述了新时代省级农业科学院科研人才体系建设的新要求,提出了新时代省级农业科学院科研人才体系建设的目标任务、重点工作及保障措施,以期为促进省级农业科学院科研人才体系建设提供参考。Taking Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,and combining with the situation of demand for agricultural scientific and technological talents in implementing the strategy of"rural revitalization"in the new era,the new background of the construction of scientific research talents system in provincial agricultural academies was analyzed in the paper.New requirements for the construction of scientific research talents system in provincial agricultural academies in the new era were expounded.The objectives,tasks and guarantee measures for the construction of scientific research talents system in provincial agricultural academies in the new era were put forward.This will provide reference for promoting the construction of scientific research talent system in provincial academy of agricultural sciences.
