加强水产科研院所基层党支部建设的思考与对策

摘　　要：文章针对水产科研院所基层党支部建设中存在的问题,探讨了加强党支部建设的理论基础,提出了加强党支部建设的两点建议:一是通过探索党务与业务配合的有效途径,加强制度建设,杜绝党支部虚化;二是发挥党员先锋模范作用,提高政治意识,杜绝党支部弱化,旨在为发挥党支部在基层水产科研院所中的战斗堡垒作用提供参考。According to problems existing in the construction of Party Branch in aquatic scientific research institutes,the theoretical basis for strengthening the construction of Party Branches were discussed.Two suggestions were put forward to strengthen the construction of Party Branches.First,through exploring effective ways of cooperation between Party Branches and professional departments to strengthen the system construction and prevent becoming void of Party Branches.Second,through raising the political consciousness of communist party members,to promote party members to play a pioneering model role to preventing the weakening of Party Branches.This will provide reference for giving full play of battle fortress function of Party Branches in basic aquatic scientific research institutes.
