消肿祛瘀汤坐浴联合护理干预在痔术后的应用效果观察

摘　　要：为观察消肿祛瘀汤坐浴联合护理干预在痔术后的应用效果,将行痔手术患者240例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组120例。对照组患者术后采用常规护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合消肿祛瘀汤坐浴治疗,比较2组患者术后创面愈合时间、住院时间,疼痛程度及术后并发症发生情况。结果显示,观察组患者术后创面愈合时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P <0.05),观察组患者术后疼痛程度轻于对照组(P <0.05),观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,消肿祛瘀汤坐浴联合护理干预可明显减轻痔术后患者疼痛,促进创面愈合,缩短住院时间,有效降低术后并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。This study was to observe the application efficacy of Xiaozhongquyu Tang(a TCM formula,a decoction for promoting subsidence of swelling and removing blood stasis,shorthy named to Tang)for sitz bath combined with nursing intervention after the procedure for hemorrhoids,randomly divided 240 patients who had received hemorrhods procedure into control group(120 cases.adopted postoperative nursing routinely)and observation group(120 cases.routine nursing combined with Tang sitz bath);then,compared both groups'time for postoperative wound-surface healing and for hospitalzation,pain degree,and postoperative complication incidence.As results,in postoperative wound-surface healing time and hospitalization time,in postoperative pain degree,and in postoperaitve complication incidence observation group was respectively shorter.slighter.and lower than control group(all.P<0.05).Results show that above combined therapy can significantly relieve patients'postoperative pain,promote their wound-surface for healing,shorten hospitalization time,effectively reduce postoperative complication incidence.
