口服藏药结合峻导泻法治疗习惯性便秘35例疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察口服藏药结合峻导泻法治疗习惯性便秘的疗效,将习惯性便秘患者70例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组患者采用常规治疗,观察组患者采用口服藏药结合峻导泻法治疗,比较2组患者的疗效、排便频次及治疗前后生活质量评分。结果显示,观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者排便频次优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前2组患者生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,口服藏药结合峻导泻法治疗习惯性便秘效果显著,能明显改善便秘症状,提高患者生活质量。This study was to observe the effect of oral traditional tibetan medicine(TTM)plus drastic purgation in the treatment of habit constipation(HC),randomly divided 70HC patients into control group(35 cases,routine treatment)and observation group(35cases,oral TTM plus drastic purgation);then compared both group's effect,defecation frequency and patients'quality of life before and after treatment.As results,before treatment both group's patient's quality of life had no statistical difference(P>0.05);But,after treatment in total effective rate,in the score on patients'quality of life,as well in defecation frequency observation group was respectively and significantly higher,higher than,as well superior to control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that oral TTM plus drastic purgation in the treatment of HC has significant effect,can greatly improve constipation symptoms,and enhance patients'quality of life.
