综合护理在老年功能性便秘患者中的效果观察

摘　　要：为观察综合护理在老年功能性便秘患者中的效果,将156例老年功能性便秘患者随机分为干预组和常规组,每组78例,常规组患者采用基础护理措施,干预组患者在常规组基础上加综合护理,比较2组患者治疗后较治疗前临床症状改善情况、每次排便时间、1周排便次数以及疾病认知水平。结果显示,干预前2组患者临床症状评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后干预组患者各项症状评分显著低于常规组(P<0.05);干预前2组患者每次排便时间、1周排便次数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后干预组患者每次排便时间短于常规组(P<0.05),1周排便次数多于常规组(P<0.05);干预组患者疾病认知水平明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结果表明,综合护理能改善老年功能性便秘患者的临床症状,提高患者对疾病的认知水平,效果满意。In order to observe the efficacy of comprehensive nursing in senior patients with functional constipation,156senior patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into intervention group(n=78,received comprehensive nursing based on routine group)and routine group(n=78,received basic nursing measures);then,the improvement of clinical symptoms after treatment than before,defecation time per time,defecation times within 1week and cognition level about the disease were compared between the 2groups.As results,there was no statistical difference in clinical symptoms before intervention between the two groups(P>0.05),the scores of symptoms in intervention group were significantly lower than those in routine group(P<0.05),there was no statistical difference in defecation time per time and defecation times within 1week before intervention between the two groups(P>0.05),but after intervention the defecation time of intervention group was shorter than that of routine group(P<0.05),the defecation times within 1week in intervention group was more than that in routine group(P<0.05),cognition level about the disease in intervention group was significantly higher than that in conventional group(P<0.05).The results show that comprehensive nursing can improve the clinical symptoms of senior patients with functional constipation,improve their cognitive level about the disease which the efficacy is satisfactory.
