摘　　要：已发现的秦代简牍中,与盐相关的简牍有10条19枚。这10条涉盐的简牍资料既有算题,也有律令,更有档案文书,可见盐在秦代的使用情况和重要地位。就其内容来看,秦代设有"县盐""巴县盐"等盐官机构,迁陵有买卖盐的活动,盐被用于买卖、祭祀和官方供给等。秦代可能尚未实行完全由国家控制的"盐铁官营"政策。待秦简完全公布之后,有望对秦代盐业的相关情况进行深入了解。10 portions(19 slips)of salt data are collected and researched from the Qin slips,which are about computation,laws and records.They reflect the usage and importance of salt in the Qin Dynasty.Through the salt data,we can know these following things of the Qin Dynasty:the Salt Government Officials were installed,such as“xianyan(县盐)”“baxianyan(巴县盐)”,and the salt transaction had being existed in Qianling(迁陵),and salt was used to transact,sacrifice to the Agricultural God or supply officials,etc.The thorough policy of Official Business of Salt and Iron had not yet been implemented in the times.After the publication of the whole Qin slips,the salt problems of the Qin Dynasty can been further researched.
