摘 要:《周礼·天官·盐人》所见的"饴盐"因形似石,被称为"石盐",又因其来自戎族之地,亦被称为"戎盐"。其不仅味道甘美,而且具有重要的医药价值,在周代专门供周王、王后及世子享用。饴盐在先秦时期已经传入中原,《吕氏春秋·本味》篇所言的"大夏之盐",以及《尸子》卷下所言的"北海之盐"都应指位于今内蒙古鄂尔多斯和巴彦卓尔境内的青盐。The syrup salt from the Salt Man in the Rites of Zhou is known as“stone salt”because its shape like stones,and also named“rong salt”as from Minority areas.It not only tastes delicious,but also has important medical value,which was reserved for the king,queen and sons of the Zhou Dynasty.The syrup salt was introduced into the central plains in the Pre-Qin Period.The salt of Daxia and Beihai both probably refer to the green salt of Ordos and Bayanzhuo in modern Inner Mongolia.
