摘 要:深层水泥拌合船舶由日本研发建造,简称DCM船,广泛应用于海上软基加固工程。目前该技术主要应用于日本、韩国,其中日本DCM船专业化程度高,均为单处理机;韩国DCM船绝大部分为挤密砂桩船改造,多为三处理机。国内DCM技术在陆上使用已有40多年历史,但在海上工程应用极少,直至2015年香港机场第三跑道扩建工程开建,才购置、改造及新建了一批DCM船,并开始大规模应用。随着工程发展需要,DCM船舶逐渐向大型化、智能化、多元化发展,并在未来具有光明前景。The deep cement mixing ship is developed and built by Japan,referred to as DCM ship,which is widely used in offshore soft foundation reinforcement engineering.At present,this technology is mainly applied in Japan and South Korea,among which the Japanese DCM ship has a high degree of specialization and all of them are single processor.Most of the DCM ships in South Korea are modified by extruded sand pile ships,mostly with three processors.China's DCM technology has been used on land for more than 40 years,but it has rarely been used in offshore engineering.It was not until the third runway expansion project of Hongkong Airport was started in 2015 that a batch of DCM ships were purchased,rebuilt and newly built,and began to be applied on a large scale.With the need of engineering development,DCM ships are gradually becoming large-scale,intelligent and diversified,and have bright prospects in the future.
