倾斜长壁低位放顶煤一次采全高采煤工艺研究

摘　　要：以王平矿10822#工作面回采3#煤层所用的采煤工艺为研究对象,详细介绍了工作面选用MG300/730-WD型号的采煤机在一个采煤循环周期内采用的进刀方式、方法,接着分析了倾斜长壁低位放顶煤采煤时装煤、运煤、移架及推拉溜各工序的注意事项,并对放顶煤采用的步骤及注意点进行阐述,所做的工作为今后类似的研究提供借鉴。Taking Wang ping mine 10822#working face of 3#coal seam of coal mining process as the research object,introduced the working face to choose MG300/730-WD models of coal winning machine in a coal mining cycle feed modes,methods,and Then the points needing attention in the working procedure of tilting longwall low caving coal mining,transporting coal,shifting frame and pushing and pulling slip are analyzed,The steps and points of attention of caving are expounded,the work to provide reference for the similar research in the future.
