摘 要:皮带作为矿用带式输送机上的重要部件,其在运转过程中经常出现磨损严重、断带等故障问题,对井下煤矿的开采效率及井下作业安全构成了重要影响。因此,有必要在现有带式输送机上设计一套断带捕捉器装置。分析了带式输送机发生断裂的原因,开展了断带抓捕器的总体结构方案设计,并开展了捕捉器抓捕能力测试试验研究,测试结果表明,所设计的断电捕捉器能快速对断裂皮带进行夹紧抓捕操作,整体具有较好的抓捕效果。该研究对提高带式输送机的作业安全具有重要作用,也为后期开展抓捕器的相关研究提供了参考。As an important part of belt conveyor,belt often suffers from serious wear and tear during operation,which has an important impact on the mining efficiency and safety of underground coal mine.Therefore,it is necessary to design a set of belt breaking trap device on the existing belt conveyor.The reason of belt conveyor breaking is analyzed,the overall structure scheme design of the belt breaking catcher is carried out,and the catching ability test of the catcher is carried out.The test results show that the designed power breaking catcher can quickly clamp and grasp the broken belt,and the overall catching effect is better.This study plays an important role in improving the operation safety of belt conveyor,and also provides a reference for the later research on the catcher.
