摘  要:建筑信息模型(BIM)正逐步取代CAD成为工程领域的核心技术,其在建筑行业取得的良好效果,使矿建凿井等传统领域BIM的应用愈发迫切。通过调研近年来国内外BIM研究趋势、规范标准及技术工具,评价了中国现阶段的BIM应用特点和水平;根据冻结法凿井工程特点,制定了特色的项目级BIM应用流程,阐述了冻结工程应用的内容与障碍。依托真实工况,建立了冻结工程特色族库,完成了立井冻结工程3D模型。并进一步地在参数化建模布置,钻孔轨迹纠偏、进度控制管理三方面进行了探索与实践,效果良好,提高了工程效率,为相关工程推广应用BIM提供了参考。The building information model(BIM),is gradually replacing CAD as a key technology in the field of engineering construction.The rapid development of BIM in the building industry makes it more and more urgent to promote BIM in mine shaft sinking design and construction.The results of investigating domestic and foreign literatures,standards and softwares about BIM present the features and level of BIM in China for now.Combined with the characteristics of freezing shaft sinking construction,the process was formulated and the obstacles to apply BIM in underground engineering were analyzed.The model family library was established.The 3 D model of freezing shaft sinking project was completed relying on specific engineering conditions.The preliminary application of BIM technology in parametric modeling,borehole trajectory correction and construction schedule management has achieved good results,which provides a reference for the promotion of BIM in other engineering industries.
