摘 要:基于J1939协议的控制器局域网(controller area network,CAN)总线通信网络的开发一直是硬件在环通信平台的难点和重点,针对发动机电子控制单元(electronic control unit,ECU)硬件在环仿真平台的通信特点,应用NI VeriStand软件和NI PXI平台的CAN通信模块,构建了一套CAN总线通信网络。平台依据CAN2.0B规范并结合J1939高层协议构建硬件在环通信网络,实现ECU与上位机和组合仪表的CAN数据交互。试验台构建一套完整发动机CAN总线通信网络,完成发动机ECU硬件在环CAN总线信息收发解析、数据记录及组合仪表实时显示。The development of controller area network(CAN)bus communication network based on J1939 protocol has always been a difficult point in the hardware-in-the-loop communication platform.Aiming at the communication characteristics of engine electronic control unit(ECU)hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform,a CAN bus communication network was constructed by using NI VeriStand software and CAN communication module of NI PXI platform.The platform built a hardware-in-the-loop communication network based on the CAN2.0 B specification and the J1939 high-level protocol and realized CAN data interaction between ECU and host computer and combination dashboard.The test bench constructed a complete engine CAN bus communication network and completed the engine ECU hardware in-loop CAN bus information transmission and analysis,data recording and real-time display of the combination dashboard.
