摘　　要：《河北省中医药救治新冠肺炎专家共识八条》由河北省中医药管理局组织省级中医药防控专家组,围绕清肺排毒汤治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称"新冠肺炎")所制定,参照《河北省新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案(试行第四版)》,根据河北省各地市临床使用清肺排毒汤所关注的问题,形成的8项专家共识,对国家中医药管理局推荐方剂--清肺排毒汤的治疗优势特点、适用的证候、随证加减以及特殊人群用药等有了新的认识,为河北省采用中医药治疗新冠肺炎提供了指导和参考。Eight Expert Consensuses for Treatment of COVID-19 by Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hebei Province was formulated by the Hebei Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine to organize a provincial-level expert group on the prevention and control of TCM,focusing on the treatment of COVID-19.With reference to Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol for COVID-19 of Hebei Province(Trial Version 4),and based on the concerns of clinical application of Lung-clearing Toxin-expelling Decoction in various cities in Hebei Province,eight expert consensuses were formed,which has provided new guidance for the treatment of COVID-19 in Hebei province by using the new prescription recommended by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,such as the advantages and characteristics of Lung-clearing Toxin-expelling Decoction,the applicable syndromes,modification based on syndromes and medication for special groups.It provides guidance and reference for the treatment of COVID-19 with TCM in Hebei Province.
