摘 要:通过对压力容器退火炉的温度进行合理的调控,有助于获得优良的热处理产品。针对当前退火炉的温度控制系统存在控制精度低、控制波动大等不足,提出了压力容器退火炉温度控制分析与优化的研究。通过研究压力容器退火炉的工作过程,明确控制对象,根据控制对象对温度控制系统的整体架构进行设计。以STM32F101R8单片机作为主控器对硬件电路进行实现,以达林算法作为控制策略对控制量进行计算,从而完成温度的控制。实验结果表明,该方法对压力容器退火炉的温度控制效果较好,为实现压力容器退火炉温度控制的优化提供了有效参考。Reasonable temperature control of pressure vessel annealing furnace is helpful to obtain excellent heat treatment products.In view of the shortcomings of the current annealing furnace temperature control system,such as low control accuracy and large control fluctuation,the analysis and optimization of temperature control of pressure vessel annealing furnace was presented in this paper.By studying the working process of pressure vessel annealing furnace,the control objects was clearly defined.According to the control object,the overall structure of the temperature control system was designed.The hardware circuit was realized with STM32F101R8 MCU as the main controller,and the control quantity was calculated with Darling algorithm as the control strategy,so as to complete the temperature control.The experimental results show that the method has a good effect on temperature control of pressure vessel annealing furnace,which provides an effective reference for optimizing temperature control of pressure vessel annealing furnace.
