摘  要:水利水电工程库区地质灾害监测具有监测对象数量多、分布零散而隐蔽、交通困难、人工监测不便等特点。为了克服人工监测方法效率低、成本高、无法实时获取数据等不足,依托三板溪水电站库区地质灾害监测项目,基于GNSS、InSAR、先进的传感器、物联网和大数据等信息技术,开发出水库地质灾害智能监控与预警系统。该系统既能远程实时显示重点边坡地质灾害点的多源异构数据、曲线和视频资料,进行自动预警,又能在线展示大面积流域的地表变形情况,发现较为隐蔽的变形异常区域。该系统充分发挥了接触式监测和非接触式(InSAR)监测技术的优点,实现了水库流域监测和重点边坡监测的结合,为库区地质灾害巡查指明了方向,为地质灾害防控提供了技术支持,可扩展到多领域的地质灾害监测。The geological disaster monitoring in the reservoir area of hydropower project has the characteristics of large number,scattered and concealed distribution,poor transportation condition and inconvenient artificial monitoring.To overcome the shortcomings of manual disaster monitoring such as low efficiency,high-cost and failing to acquire real-time data,based on the automatic monitoring project at Sanbanxi Hydropower Station and the technologies of GNSS,InSAR,advanced sensors,IOT and big data,a remote automatic monitoring and warning system of geological disaster has been developed.Not only the multi-source heterogeneous data,together with curves,video and automatic warnings at the geological disaster can be shown,but also the surface deformation with a wide range of the reservoir can be seen with this remote and real-time monitoring and warning system,from which we can find some concealed geological disasters places in the reservoir area.The system combined both the advantages of contact monitoring and non-contact monitoring(such as InSAR),and also combined the watershed monitoring and the important slopes monitoring in reservoir area,which not only show the direction,but also provide technical supports to the engineers how to investigate the geological disasters in the reservoir area.This system can also be used in the other multi-domain geological investigations.
