摘 要:为研究外掺料对抗冲磨混凝土体积稳定性的影响,对比分析了在加入PVA纤维、硅粉、HF抗冲磨剂等外掺料后,抗冲磨混凝土的极限拉伸值、干缩变形以及自生体积变形的变化规律,从而判断外掺料对其稳定性的影响。研究结果表明:外掺料对抗冲磨混凝土的极限拉伸值、抗压弹模、干缩率和自生体积变形均有影响;同等条件下,PVA纤维由于自身的物理特性对抗冲磨混凝土的极限拉伸值和抗压弹模影响较大,硅粉和HF抗冲磨剂则由于自身的微集料效应和火山灰反应,对混凝土的干缩和自生体积变形影响更为显著;但随着观测龄期的增加,这种影响趋势逐渐降低。研究成果可为抗冲磨混凝土的材料选择提供一定参考。In order to investigate the effect of external admixtures on volume stability of hydraulic abrasion-resis⁃tance concretes,we compared three types of external admixtures,i.e.PVA fiber,silicon powder and HF anti-grind⁃ing agent,and analyzed their impacts on the concretes'ultimate tensile,dry shrinkage deformation,and the law of its autogenous volume deformation.The results show that abrasion resistant concretes can be affected by external ad⁃mixtures with respect to the aforementioned aspects.Under the same condition,PVA fiber has greater influence on the ultimate tensile value and the compression elastic modulus of abrasion-resistance concrete due to its physical properties.The impacts of silica powder and HF anti scouring agent on the shrinkage and autogenous volume defor⁃mation of concretes are more significant due to their own micro-aggregate effect and pozzolanic reaction.As the ob⁃servation age extends,the impacts tend to decrease gradually.The results can provide certain reference when select⁃ing materials for abrasion-resistance concretes.
