摘　　要：China’s economic growth target has always been the focus of the NPC and CPPCC in the past few years. This year is the first time that the government work report does not mention the economic growth target since 2002. How to explain this decision of not setting an economic growth target? What will the focus of economic restoration be after the epidemic? There are many different economists’ analyses of this question.
