摘　　要：The East Asia marine cooperation platform is a landmark program under the Belt and Road cooperation framework pledged by Chinese President Xi Jinping.It is also a bilateral innovation cooperation platform advocated by Premier Li Keqiang,and one of the priority programs of Belt and Road construction and the key project of Shandong’s scheme to replace old growth driverswith new ones.
