摘  要:2018年6-10月对4口凡纳滨对虾工厂化养殖池水质理化因子和微生物环境的基本变化特征进行研究。结果表明:虾池水体中,NO3^-是DIN(NH4^+、NO2^-和NO3^-)主要的存在形式,占比达55%~85%;NH4^+在0.005~0.060 mg/L低浓度范围内波动;5#池中NO2^-出现累积现象,其变化趋势与NO3^-高度一致。虾池中PO4^3-含量为0.012~0.400 mg/L,随时间延长呈上升趋势。各池中Chl-a含量呈先上升后下降的趋势,最高值均出现在9月份。水体中总异养菌数量为2.80×10^4~2.40×10^5 CFU/mL,弧菌数量为8.00×10^2~1.00×10^4 CFU/mL,弧菌在总异养菌中所占比例在10%以下。The features of water environment variations were analyzed in an industrialized culture system of Litopenaeus vannamei.The results showed that NO3^- was the major form of DIN,which had a proportion of 55%~85%.NH4^+ fluctuated in a low concentration range of 0.005~0.060 mg/L.NO2^- accumulated during the culture process in the 5# ponds,which had the same trend as NO3^-.PO4^3- ranged from 0.012 mg/L to 0.400 mg/L with an overall upward trend.Contents of Chl-a in the ponds increased at the beginning and then decreased at the end of the culture,with a highest value in September.The number of total heterotrophic bacteria in cultural water was 2.80×10^4~2.40×10^5 CFU/mL,and 8.00×10^2~1.00×10^4 CFU/mL for Vibrio.Proportions of Vibrio in total heterotrophic bacteria were below 10% all the time.
