摘 要:在矿井生产过程中,许多机电及运输设备的体积庞大,需要安装在大断面硐室中,断面的支护难度相应地增大。以水井头煤矿绞车房为工程背景,对硐室施工及其稳定性进行了研究,提出采用"锚杆+金属网+锚索+U型钢拱支架+喷浆+注浆"的支护技术,并进行了工业性试验。结果表明,支护效果良好,达到了预期的支护目标,满足绞车房硐室长期稳定的要求。In the process of mine production,many electromechanical equipment and transportation equipment are bulky,which need to be installed in large section chamber,and the support difficulty of section is increased correspondingly.Taking the winch room of Shuijingtou Coal Mine as the engineering background,this paper studied the chamber construction and its stability,proposed the support technology of"bolt+metal mesh+anchor cable+U-shaped steel arch support+gunite+grouting",and carried out the industrial test.The results show that the supporting effect is good,the expected supporting target is achieved,and the requirements of long-term stability of winch room chamber are met.
