摘  要:分析了130 t/h循环流化床锅炉烟气中颗粒物、SO2、NOx3种污染物产生的各种因素,介绍了从脱硝、脱硫、除尘等方面进行节能环保超低排放控制的主要技术措施。脱硝采用"SNCR+SCR"联合增强脱硝工艺,除尘脱硫采用布袋除尘器+石灰石石膏湿法脱硫工艺,使得锅炉机组排放至大气的粉尘颗粒物、SO2、NOx质量浓度分别不大于5 mg/Nm3、35 mg/Nm3、50 mg/Nm3(标态、干基,9%O2)。该项目实施后,污染物排放浓度大大消减,达到超低排放标准,环境效益十分明显。This paper analyzed the various factors of the generation of the three pollutants of particles,SO2 and NOx in the flue gas of the 130 t/h CFB boiler,and introduced the main technical measures for the control of the ultra-low emission of energy conservation and environmental protection from the aspects of denitrification,desulfurization and dust removal.SNCR+SCR combined enhanced denitration process was adopted for denitration,and bag filter+limestone gypsum wet desulfurization process was adopted for dust removal and desulfurization,so that the mass concentrations of dust particles,SO2 and NOx discharged to the atmosphere by boiler unit were not more than 5 mg/Nm3,35 mg/Nm3 and 50 mg/Nm3 respectively(standard state,dry basis,9%O2).After the implementation of the project,the pollutant emission concentration has been greatly reduced,reaching the ultra-low emission standard,and the environmental benefits is very obvious.
