摘  要:目前,垃圾焚烧发电厂污泥掺烧技术处于探索、试验阶段,为了分析生活垃圾和污泥掺烧运行可行性,A垃圾焚烧发电厂以一台焚烧炉为试验对象,进行为期7 d的污泥掺烧试验,从生产指标、环保排放情况、生产运行影响、生产成本等方面分析生活垃圾与污泥掺烧试验结果。试验结果显示,掺烧污泥后垃圾焚烧量、产汽量、吨垃圾产汽量减少,飞灰中Cd、炉渣中Cr、烟气中烟尘污染物浓度增大,生产成本增加,影响炉排等设备的运行。生活垃圾和污泥掺烧方式可作为应急处理方式,但不适宜长期掺烧运行,以免影响垃圾焚烧处理进度和运行情况。At present,the sludge blending technology of waste incineration power plants is in the exploration and test stage.In order to analyze the feasibility of domestic waste and sludge incineration operation,an incinerator of A Waste Incineration Power Plant was used as a test object for 7 days of sewage treatment,analyzed the test results of mixing burning of domestic waste and sludge from the aspects of production index,environmental protection discharge,production operation impact,production cost,etc..The test results show that the amount of waste incineration,steam production and steam production per ton of waste are reduced,the concentration of Cd in fly ash,Cr in slag,smoke and dust pollutant in flue gas is increased,the production cost is increased,and the operation of grate and other equipment is affected.Domestic waste and sludge mixed burning can be used as emergency treatment,but it is not suitable for long-term mixed burning operation to avoid affecting the progress and operation of waste incineration.
