摘 要:为了保证复采工作面的顺利开采和回收煤柱,通过分析3号煤层的工程概况,对比传统过空巷的技术和预充填技术,最终选用后者。预充填技术采用高分子材料与围岩及煤矸石胶结在一起,形成具有一定硬度且可以抵御一定变形的充填体。为了研究充填体的效果,通过现场测验,对充填效果进行了测试。结果表明,充填效果良好,煤壁与顶板均较完整,为复采工作面的顺利通过提供了安全保障。In order to ensure the smooth mining of the repeated mining face and recovery of coal pillars,this paper analyzed the general situation of No.3 coal seam,compared the traditional technology and pre-filling technology,and finally selected the latter.The pre-filling technology adopts polymer material cemented with surrounding rock and coal gangue to form filling body with certain hardness and deformation resistance.In order to study the effect of filling body,the filling effect was tested through field test.The results show that the filling effect is good and the coal wall and roof are relatively complete,which provides a safety guarantee for the smooth passage of the repeated mining face.
