乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合抗生素治疗细菌性阴道炎的疗效及复发情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合抗生素治疗细菌性阴道炎的疗效及复发情况.方法选取2018年7月-2019年2月接受治疗的80例细菌性阴道炎患者为研究对象,分为接受甲硝唑治疗的对照组(37例)和接受乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合甲硝唑治疗的研究组(43例).比较两组患者的近期疗效、阴道菌群分布及复发情况、药物相关不良反应.结果研究组患者的总有效率显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05).治疗后,两组患者阴道菌群分布比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者治疗后1个月复发率和3个月复发率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).对照组患者治疗期间无明显不良反应发生,研究组患者出现1例(2.33%)轻度头晕头痛.结论乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合抗生素治疗细菌性阴道炎可提升疗效,优化阴道菌群分布,不会明显增加药物不良反应发生率,安全有效,但在降低细菌性阴道炎复发方面的作用不显著.Objective To analyze the curative effect and recurrence of living preparation of lactobacillus combined with antibiotic in treatment of bacterial vaginosis.Methods Eighty patients with bacterial vaginosis treated from July 2018 to February 2019 were selected and divided into control group(37 patients,metronidazole)and study group(43 patients,living preparation of lactobacillus combined with metronidazole).The short-term curative effects,vaginal flora distribution situations,and drug-related adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in study group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there was statistically significant difference in vaginal flora distribution between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in one-month recurrence rate and three-month recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).In the course of treatment,no significant adverse reaction was observed in control group,one patient(2.33%)was found with mild dizziness and headache in study group.Conclusion Living preparation of lactobacillus combined with antibiotic can improve therapeutic effect,optimize vaginal flora distribution in treatment of bacterial vaginosis,the therapy doesn’t significantly increase the incidence rate of drug adverse reactions,which is safe and effective,but the effect is not significant in reducing recurrence rate of bacterial vaginosis.
