警务技能模拟对抗训练浅析

摘　　要：实战化是警务技能训练的风向标,模拟对抗训练是警务技能训练到实战运用的桥梁,能够有效提升警察现场执法的实战能力。通过模拟对抗训练,可以了解学员掌握技能的状况,增强学员的学习热情,提高学员的临战心理素质和技战术水平,填补警务技能训练的空白。针对现行警务技能模拟对抗训练中存在的不足,从训练实战效能、对抗训练体系建设等方面探索相应解决对策,推动警务技能模拟对抗训练深入发展,实现警务技能训练实战实用实效的目标。Actual combat is the vane of police skill training,and simulated confrontation training is the bridge between police skills training and actual combat application,which can effectively improve the actual combat ability of police field law enforcement.Through the simulated confrontation training,we can understand the situation of students'mastering skills,enhance their learning enthusiasm,improve their psychological quality,increase technical and tactical level before combat,and fill in the blank of police skills training.This paper points out its characteristics and signi ficance by de fining the de finition of simulated confrontation training of police skills.In view of the shortcomings in the current police skills simulation confrontation training,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of training actual combat effectiveness and confrontation training system construction in an effort to solve the problems in the simulation confrontation training,promote the in-depth development of police skills simulation confrontation training,and achieve the goal of practical and effective police skills training.
