房产纠纷背景下的失独父母养老问题研究

摘　　要：失独者是一个弱势群体,而在养老问题上他们更是一个弱势群体。对于失独者而言,用于养老的资源,如情感资源、服务资源与经济资源都相对缺乏。因此,失独者希望把自己的房产转化为可靠的养老保障。然而,由于失独者的房产无法实现亲子继承,加之房产又具有高价值性,亲属便采取种种策略对其房产展开了争夺。因此,需要在对失独者与亲属房产纠纷的原因、现状及逻辑的基础上,探寻解决房产纠纷的对策,从而规避失独者的养老风险。The person who have lost their only child are a vulnerable group,and they are a more vulnerable group in the issue of pension.For the person who have lost their only child,the resources for old-age care,such as emotional resources,service resources and economic resources are relatively lacking.Therefore,they want to turn their property into a reliable pension.However,their property can not achieve parent-child inheritance,coupled with the high value of the property,the relatives have adopted various strategies to compete for their property.Based on this,this paper aims to analyze the causes,processes and logic of real estate disputes,and propose measures to solve real estate disputes,so as to solving their pension risks.
