摘　　要：网络强国战略思想既是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,又是在新的历史条件下灵活运用马克思主义哲学观察和分析问题的光辉典范。系统发掘网络强国战略思想的哲学底蕴,深入理解其中依据历史原则所展现的宏观思考、依据实践原则所推进的战略部署、依据辩证原则所确立的政策主张,对于准确把握网络强国战略思想的精髓要义以及加快推进新时代网络强国建设,具有重要的现实意义。The network powerful country strategy thought is not only an important part of Xi Jinping's socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era,but also a shining example of flexibly applying Marx's philosophy to observe and analyze problems under the new historical conditions.It is of great practical significance to systematically explore the philosophical connotation of the strategic thought of the network power,to deeply understand the Macro Thinking Based on the historical principle,the strategic deployment based on the practical principle,and the policy proposition based on the dialectical principle,so as to accurately grasp the essence of the strategic thought of the network power and accelerate the construction of the network strong country in the new era.
