基于因子分析法的太原市可持续发展评价研究

摘　　要：近年来越来越多的学者开始关注城市尺度的可持续发展研究,而资源型城市的可持续发展评价研究是国内研究的重点领域。本文立足于太原市在可持续发展中出现的各种问题,结合太原市建设国家可持续发展议程创新示范区的现实要求,根据国内外可持续发展指标体系设计的相关研究,构建了太原市可持续发展评价指标体系。选取2012-2018年的有关数据,综合运用因子分析法和层次分析法对太原市可持续发展能力和水平进行测评,结果显示,2012-2018年,太原市可持续发展水平和能力总体稳步上升,各准则层得分波动上升。在测评分析的基础上,提出了提升太原市可持续发展能力和水平的对策及建议。In recent years,more and more scholars begin to pay attention to the research of sustainable development on the scale of city,and the research of sustainable development evaluation of resource-based city is the key field of domestic research.Based on the problems in the sustainable development of Taiyuan City,combined with the practical requirements of Taiyuan city to build a national sustainable development agenda innovation demonstration area,according to the relevant research of the design of sustainable development index system at home and abroad,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of sustainable development of Taiyuan city.Based on the relevant data from 2012 to 2018,factor analysis and analytic hierarchy process are used to evaluate the sustainable development ability and level of Taiyuan city.The results show that the sustainable development level and capacity of Taiyuan city have increased steadily in 2012-2018,and the scores of each criterion level have fluctuated.On the basis of evaluation and analysis,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the sustainable development ability and level of Taiyuan city.
