基于有限元方法的动车组车轮安全性能评估

摘  要:基于欧洲车轮设计标准,提出了基于有限元分析软件ANSYS的动车组动车车轮有限元模型的建立,根据标准给出的工况及各工况载荷值进行了有限元计算,结合车轮结构特点采用合理的强度校核准则对车轮静强度及疲劳强度进行了分析,得出了车轮不同部位的安全系数;同时基于强度计算结果对该型号实体车轮进行了全尺寸疲劳试验验证,疲劳试验结果与有限元计算结果基本一致,从而证明了有限元计算及疲劳分析方法的正确性,为车轮有限元模型的建立及安全性能评估提供了借鉴和参考。Based on the European wheel design standard,a finite element model of EMU wheels is established based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS.According to the working conditions and the load values of each working condition given in the standard,the finite element calculation is carried out,and the static strength and fatigue strength of the wheels are analyzed by using reasonable strength checking criteria according to the structural characteristics of the wheels,and the different parts of the wheels are obtained.At the same time,based on the strength calculation results,the full-scale fatigue test of this type of solid wheels is carried out,and the fatigue test results are basically consistent with the finite element calculation results,which proves the correctness of the finite element calculation and fatigue analysis method,and provides a reference for the establishment of the finite element model and the safety performance evaluation of the wheels.
