摘  要:为探究不同施氮水平水稻对白背飞虱[Sogatella furcifera(Horváth)]胁迫耐受相关生理物质的影响,解析氮肥影响白背飞虱寄主适应性的生理机制,采用室内笼罩饲喂法比较了取食不同施氮水平水稻的白背飞虱体内水、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、甘油等生理物质含量差异。结果表明,白背飞虱取食较高施氮水平水稻(N200=施氮200 kg/hm^2)后,体内含水量显著高于取食未施氮水稻(N0)、低氮(N50)及中、高氮水平水稻(N150,N350);白背飞虱取食较低施氮水平水稻(N50),体内甘油含量显著高于取食较高施氮水平水稻(N150、N200、N250、N350);取食不同施氮水平水稻的白背飞虱体内可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白含量均无显著差异(P<0.05)。表明水稻的施氮水平对白背飞虱体内与低温胁迫耐受相关物质水和甘油的含量有影响,而对其体内可溶性糖与可溶性蛋白含量无明显影响。To explore the physiological mechanism of nitrogen fertilizer which would influence the rice host adaptation of the white-backed planthopper(WBPH)(Sogatella furcifera Horváth),the effects of rice with different nitrogen application levels on the physiological substances related to stress tolerance of the WBPH were analyzed..The contents of water,soluble sugar,soluble protein,and glycerin in WBPH fed on rice with different nitrogen application rates were compared by indoor caged feeding method.The results showed that the water content in the WBPH feeding on the rice with a higher nitrogen application level(N200)was significantly higher than other treatments,such as N0,N50,N150 and N350.WBPH fed on the rice with low nitrogen application level(N50)had significantly higher glycerin content than those fed on rice with a higher nitrogen application levels(N150,N200,N250,and N350).There was no difference in soluble sugar content and soluble protein content of WBPH feeding on the rice with different nitrogen application levels.This study showed that different levels of nitrogen application on rice affected the water and glycerin content of WBPH that related to low temperature stress tolerance,but had no effect on the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein.
