摘　　要：介绍靳锋主任医师治疗肾性水肿的经验。其认为肾性水肿以肺、脾、肾脏腑功能失调为本,以风邪、水湿、瘀血为标,临证时重视健脾温肾、宣肺驱邪,以宣肺利水、培土制水、益气补命门为治则,兼活血化瘀,且重补虚、适分利、慎攻逐,取得了显著的疗效。附典型病案1则以验证。This paper summarizes the experience of archiater JIN Feng in the treatment of renal edema. He holds that renal edema takes the dysfunction of the lung,spleen and kidney as the cause,and takes pathogenic wind,water-dampness and blood stasis as the manifestations. In clinical practice,he attaches importance to invigorating spleen and warming kidney as well as dispelling lung to expel pathogenic factors,takes dispersing lung to promote drainage of water,banking up earth to control water and replenishing qi to nourish life gate as the therapeutic principle,combined with activating blood to resolve stagnation,moreover,prudent in strengthening asthenia,proper in clearing away water-dampness and careful in eliminating by purgation,whereby it has obtained marked curative effects. One typical case is attached for verification.
