摘 要:从中药提取物和中药复方制剂两方面对近年来国内外中医药防治辐射性不育症的实验研究进行概述,发现目前的研究存在实验设计差异较大、辐射暴露区域过大、未对温度这一参数进行控制等问题,并为今后的研究提出了针对性建议,从而为辐射性不育症的中医药治疗提供更多思路及实验依据。This paper summarizes the experimental research on the prevention and treatment of radiation-induced sterility with traditional Chinese medicine in China and at abroad from two aspects,including Chinese materia medica extracts and Chinese materia medica compound preparations. And it has been found out that there are existing problems in current research such as large differences in experimental design,large radiation exposure area,and failure to control the temperature parameter. And some targeted suggestions are put forward for the future research,so as to provide more ideas and experimental basis for traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of radiation-induced sterility.
