基于数据挖掘的中药增强机体免疫功能用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的:免疫力低下人群是新型冠状病毒肺炎易感、高危人群,基于数据挖掘分析中药提高机体免疫功能的用药特点,为新冠肺炎的防治用药提供参考。方法:检索2019年01月至2010年12月之间CNKI中明确方剂可提高患者免疫功能的临床文献,总结单味药应用情况、中药的性味归经、中药药效分类,逐一输入Excel 2013软件建立数据库。采用Clementine12. 0软件及IBM SPSS Statistics 23统计软件进行关联规则分析、聚类分析。结果:全部117首方剂中,使用频率最高的前5味中药分别是甘草、白术、茯苓、黄芪、党参,以甘、苦类药物为主;从药性来看,以温性药物为主;从药物归经分析,以归脾经(60%)、肺经(53. 33%)为主。从中药功效分析,以补虚药最多。关联规则分析得到5组置信度为100%的核心药对,聚类分析将药物分为3类。结论:结合新冠肺炎的中医病因病机、病理特点、各地分期治疗方案分析,在新冠肺炎的预防及治疗阶段,应结合体质、辨证分型,重视甘草、白术、党参、茯苓、黄芪、薏苡仁等中药及白术-薏苡仁-党参、茯苓-党参等核心药对应用,改善机体免疫,提高机体抗病能力,减少减轻新冠肺炎的发生,打赢这场防"疫"阻击战。Objective: Low immunity people is also susceptible and high risk population for Corona Virus Disease 2019( COVID-19). Based on the data mining,application of traditional Chinese medicine on improving the immune function was analyzed,to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19. Methods: The clinical literature on the improvement of patients’ immune function by specific prescription in CNKI between January 2019 and December 2010 was searched,and the application of single herbs,the classification of traditional Chinese medicine’s characteristic and taste,and the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine were summarized. Clementine12. 0 software and IBM SPSS Statistics 23 software were used for association rule analysis and cluster analysis. Result: Among all 117 prescriptions,five TCM herbs with the highest frequency were Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Poria,Astragali Radix and Codonopsis Radix,mainly showed Gan and Ku flavor,the property was often Wen. Most of them were on Pi and Fei channel system,and were frequently used in " Buxu" prescription. Five groups of core drug pairs with 100% confidence were obtained by association rule analysis,drugs were divided into three groups by cluster analysis. Conclusion: Combined with the COVID-19,the TCM etiology and pathogenesis,pathology analysis and staging treatment in different regions were analyzed. It suggested that on preventing and treating period of COVID-19,the constitution of patients should be considered with " Bianzheng" in clinic. Application of Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Codonopsis Radix,Poria,Astragali Radix,Coicis Semen and other traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) should be focus on,as well as the drug pairs as Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma-Coicis Semen-Codonopsis Radix,Poria-Codonopsis Radix and other important prescriptions.
